Frequently Asked Questions

The app won't open or keeps crashing.

Please try the following:

Make sure you're using the latest version of Battleplan English.
Restart your iPhone or iPad.
Close the app completely and reopen it.
Ensure your device is running a supported version of iOS.

If the problem continues, please contact Support.

My progress has disappeared.

Your learning progress is stored on your device.

If you delete the app or erase its data, your progress may be permanently lost.

The exercises are not loading.

Please check that your device has an internet connection.

If the problem persists after reopening the app, please contact Support with details of the issue.

I found a mistake in a vocabulary or grammar exercise.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the content, errors can occasionally occur.

If you notice:

an incorrect answer;
a spelling mistake;
a grammar error;
a missing word or phrase;
a problem with an exercise;

please email us with as much detail as possible so we can correct it in a future update.

The app doesn't contain all of the Battleplan books.

Battleplan English is designed as a practice companion to the Battleplan course books. It provides interactive vocabulary and grammar exercises based on the books and is not intended to replace them.

How often is new content added?

We regularly update Battleplan English to:

add new vocabulary practice;
expand grammar exercises;
improve the user experience;
fix bugs; and
improve performance.

Updates are delivered through the Apple App Store.
