These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Battleplan English mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Licence to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Apple

This licence is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Educational Purpose

Battleplan English is an educational application designed to help learners improve their English language skills, with a particular focus on military English.

The App is intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered official military doctrine, policy, or training issued by any government or armed force.

4. Intellectual Property

All content contained within the App, including but not limited to:

lessons
vocabulary
grammar explanations
quizzes
exercises
audio recordings
images
graphics
logos
software
databases

is owned by Jeremy Walters or licensed for use by Battleplan English and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

No part of the App or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, translated, modified, published, or sold without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

copy or redistribute the App or its content;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
interfere with the operation or security of the App;
use the App for unlawful purposes;
remove or alter copyright notices or other proprietary markings.

6. User Progress

Your learning progress is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where applicable.

We are not responsible for the loss of locally stored progress resulting from deleting the App, resetting your device, or other actions beyond our control.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store;
subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID account settings;
refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies.

We do not process or store your payment information. Apple

8. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

9. Availability

While we aim to keep the App available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding:

uninterrupted operation;
freedom from errors;
suitability for any particular purpose;
accuracy or completeness of educational content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jeremy Walters and Converse English shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Battleplan English Privacy Policy, available at:

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any provision.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
